About the program
This concert features the music of two giants of jazz, Duke Ellington and Louis Armstrong. The program includes Ellington’s Sophisticated Lady and The River Suite, a symphonic jazz tour de force. Favorites performed by Louis Armstrong including Hello Dolly, What a Wonderful World and St. Louis Blues round out the program.
